About the Role: TechRitzy is seeking a Backend & Applied AI Engineer to architect resilient backend services, scalable microservices, and asynchronous pipelines. You will lead the integration of LLMs, vector databases, and semantic search directly into real-world production product workflows. What You'll Do: • Architect resilient backend services, scalable microservices, and asynchronous task queues. • Integrate LLMs, prompt pipelines, semantic search, and vector databases into live customer applications. • Design and optimize database schemas, indexing, caching layers, and background worker pipelines. • Deploy and maintain reliable API services with high throughput and low latency. What We Look For: • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django) or Node.js/TypeScript. • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and vector stores (Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, pgvector). • Strong grasp of PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, Docker, and cloud deployments. • Solid fundamentals in system design, asynchronous concurrency, and data security. Full Stack Developer
About the Role: TechRitzy is looking for a high-ownership Full Stack / Frontend Developer to help build and ship high-performance, production-ready web applications for startups and fast-growing businesses. You will work directly inside client codebases, turning ambitious roadmaps into reliable software from 0 to 1 and beyond. What You'll Do: • Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern component architectures and Next.js. • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant user interfaces. • Build and integrate backend APIs, databases, and authentication systems. • Manage state efficiently and optimize Core Web Vitals across diverse client environments. What We Look For: • Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js (App Router). • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern state management (Zustand, React Query, or Redux Toolkit). • Practical understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, database queries (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side rendering. • Deep understanding of browser rendering, caching strategies, and cross-platform responsiveness.
